FLAT FEE MLS LISTING INSTRUCTIONS
Congratulations your FLAT FEE MLS
Listing is now live! The MLS listing benefit comes with some responsibility.
Such responsibility is normally taken care by the listing broker in a typical
full service transaction. However, given the advantages of a limited service
FLAT FEE MLS Listing, such responsibility is shared by you.
Please use You MLS # in all communications with us

SHOWING AND
NEGOTIATING
Tell every Buyer and Buyers Realtor (Broker/Agent),

that this is a
limited service MLS listing and you ( the seller) will be showing and negotiating
with the Buyer /Buyers Real estate Agent.

Advise them that they should
submit all offers to you directly.
Tell them that you will directly provide the
completed Disclosure forms to the buyer/ buyers realtor. To

STATUS UPDATE REQUIREMENT
PLEASE NOTE: That the MLS BOARD levies fines for not keeping the MLS
system updated of all status changes. Per our agreement with you, if such
information is not conveyed to us, and results in a fine - Such fines will be
your responsibility.
PLEASE UPDATE US VIA EMAIL AT support@mlsofillinois.com
immediately if:
A) If you accept an Offer
B) When Contingencies are over and the offer is considered Pending
C) When your Property Closes
As soon as all contingencies are over
and the Property is considered Pending: Immediately email your flat
fee-listing broker (via email/ fax) the following details of the
transaction:
-Your Property MLS #
-Agreed Sale Price
-Buyers Broker Name, Realtor ID# and Phone Number
-Closing Date
-Date when all Contingencies are over

CHANGES TO
YOUR LISTING

- Changes in Price and Commision: must be in Writing and signed
by you. Please fax requests to 630-214-8160
- Other Changes to your MLS Listing,
including open house request: please email support@mlsofillinois.com .
